It was extremely satisfying to move all of our horses to one place and care for them all as they settled in, ate dinner, enjoyed turn-out, and nestled in for bed.  Today proves that we have the greatest group of horses and people ever, for which I am very thankful.

Our enhanced training programs begin this week with cavaletti and stretching on Monday.  Test practice on Wednesday and Thursday and a group trail ride on Friday.  Since I am now available virtually around the clock, let’s plan some more group activities/rides which will help everyone acclimate and have more fun.  If you are not on the schedule for this week please send me your availability and I will add you in.  Please send me your availability prior to Sunday PM each week.

Welcome to a few newcomers this week.  Our Sept trailer-ins are popular.  I am looking forward to meeting some new riders and horses.

Our monthly clinic with Nicholas Fyffe is October 4-5 at Woodvale Farms.  Please let me know if you are interested in riding or having me ride your horse.  This will be our last clinic in preparation for BLMs.

Also happy to announce Erika Jenkins will be starting work this week.  Erika has years of experience caring for horses in addition to owning her own horses and competing in eventing.  This week we will see Erika Monday afternoon and Friday afternoon.

If you have not already done so please sign up to audit or volunteer at PVDA’s Fall Symposium, “A System that Simplifies” with Nicholas Fyffe on September 6-7.  Both days include lunch and Saturday will include a Q & A with Nicholas.  The format of this event is designed to benefit both the riders and audience.  The location is beautiful, a must see, and lunch is catered.  Follow the link to sign up:
